By using www.wtfs.us (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. The Site is operated by West Texas Firearms & Supplies (“WTFS”) in San Angelo, Texas.
Information only; no online sales
The Site provides general information about our products and services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a firearm to any particular person. No firearm is sold or transferred through this Site; all sales and transfers are completed in person in compliance with federal, state and local law.
Eligibility and compliance
Every firearm sale or transfer requires a completed ATF Form 4473 and a background check or a valid alternative where permitted by law. You must meet all legal age and eligibility requirements. WTFS may refuse any sale or transfer at its discretion, including when it believes a transaction may be unlawful or unsafe.
Product images, pricing and availability
Images on the Site are illustrations and may not represent actual inventory. Inventory, prices, fees and availability change frequently and are confirmed only when you speak with us. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Orders, refunds and transfers
If you order a firearm and decide you don’t want it when it arrives, or you do not pass the required background check, your payment will be refunded less $50.00 to cover the background check fee and return shipping. Transfer fees are quoted when you contact us. Purchases made within Texas are subject to Texas sales tax unless proper exemption documentation is provided.

FAQ answers and other content summarize general rules as we understand them and are not legal advice. Firearms laws change and vary by location. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including when transporting or possessing a firearm.
Intellectual property
The WTFS name, logo, design and content of this Site belong to WTFS or are used with permission. Manufacturer and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify products we can order; their use does not imply endorsement or an authorized-dealer relationship unless stated.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTFS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Firearms are inherently dangerous; always follow safe handling practices and manufacturer instructions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Tom Green County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site.
