This Site is a simple informational website. It has no contact forms, user accounts, shopping cart or online payments, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Our web host may automatically record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time) for security and to keep the Site running.
Information you give us directly
When you call us at (325) 456-2370, email [email protected] or write to our PO Box, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the firearm or item you’re interested in, the seller you bought from and shipment tracking numbers. We use it to answer you, source items, process orders and complete transfers.
Firearm transaction records
Federal law requires licensed dealers to collect and keep certain information when a firearm is sold or transferred, including the information you provide on ATF Form 4473, a record of your identification and the background check. These records are kept as required by law, may be inspected by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and are submitted to the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) as part of the check. We cannot delete or alter records we are legally required to keep.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to complete your transaction (for example, with a distributor or shipping carrier, or with another licensed dealer when we ship to your FFL), to comply with law, legal process or lawful requests from government agencies, or to protect our rights and safety.
